Coming into this role, I had zero experience in wealth management. My background was in Sales/Marketing & AI, which gave me a strong foundation in communication, but everything else I’ve learned here. How all the processes and Financial Technology support our clients, no classroom could have taught me.

What’s stood out most is how connection-driven Anna is. This job is about building genuine relationships — not just with clients, but with the other business professionals who work alongside us, sharing business and helping each other’s clients succeed. I’d never professionally networked, and now I’ve met leaders across completely different industries.

Anna has given me the room to bring my own ideas to the table, including a project I’m now leading to streamline our portfolio reviews through automation. She’s open-minded, future-driven, and most importantly she listens.
